1、GRC構(gòu)件按圍護結(jié)構(gòu)進行設(shè)計,在進行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計計算時,不應(yīng)該分擔(dān)主體結(jié)構(gòu)所承受的荷載和作用,只應(yīng)考慮直接施加于其上的荷載和作用。

5、GRC構(gòu)件的預(yù)埋件、專用連接接件的設(shè)計應(yīng)符合JGJ133-2001要求,連接螺栓應(yīng)按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計規(guī)范進行承載力計算;構(gòu)件與專用連接件間的固定螺栓應(yīng)采用不銹鋼螺栓,其直徑不得小于10mm,專用連接件應(yīng)通過焊接與墻體預(yù)埋件或鋼構(gòu)件連接。

6、GRC構(gòu)件內(nèi)的預(yù)埋連接的截面尺寸不宜小于40mm*4mm,并應(yīng)經(jīng)熱鋅處理,預(yù)制構(gòu)件的上、下兩端連接板不應(yīng)小于2個,兩側(cè)的構(gòu)造連接板每側(cè)不少于2個,距上下端部距離不超過180mm,間距不超過500mm。

7、GRC構(gòu)件就采用上下兩端緊固件固定的方式來進行安裝固定。

8、當(dāng)GRC構(gòu)件與主體結(jié)構(gòu)間留有較大空間(或預(yù)制構(gòu)件離主體結(jié)構(gòu)較遠時)可在構(gòu)件與主體結(jié)構(gòu)之間設(shè)置過渡鋼桁架或鋼伸臂。鋼桁架或鋼伸臂與主體結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)可靠連接,鋼桁可鋼伸臂應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按設(shè)計圖紙(或經(jīng)原設(shè)計單位審查通過的施工圖紙)進行施工。
8. When there is a large space between GRC members and the main structure (or the center of gravity of prefabricated members is far from the main structure), transition steel trusses or steel outriggers can be set between the members and the main structure. The steel truss or steel outrigger shall be reliably connected with the main structure, and the steel truss or steel outrigger shall be constructed in strict accordance with the design drawings (or construction drawings reviewed and approved by the original design unit).
9、GRC構(gòu)件予埋件連接時,應(yīng)采用其它可靠的連接措施,并通過試驗確定其承載力,具體見確認(rèn)圖紙。

10、GRC構(gòu)件單體長度不宜超過1.5mm,單位重量不宜超過60kg,壁厚不得小于20mm,超出上述規(guī)定,其連接件強度和數(shù)量應(yīng)重新進行強度驗算。
