GRC構件如何安裝，技巧有哪些？
How to install GRC components and what are the skills?
根據(jù)施工圖紙，在待安裝grc構件的部位彈出定位線（中線或邊線）。grc構件粘貼時，網(wǎng)格布應當翻包，如有特殊情況可直接粘貼不翻包。采用薄層滿粘法進行粘貼，用力擠壓EPS構件使砂漿從周邊溢出，粘接縫寬不大于3mm。粘結縫應隨粘隨勾，灰縫飽滿，并保持EPS構件表面的整潔。對于較大grc構件，安裝時要求設置支撐進行臨時固定。 
According to the construction drawings, snap the positioning line (center line or side line) at the position of GRC components to be installed. When pasting GRC components, the grid cloth shall be turned over. In case of special circumstances, it can be directly pasted without turning over the package. The thin-layer full bonding method shall be adopted for bonding, and the EPS components shall be squeezed to make the mortar overflow from the periphery, and the bonding joint width shall not be greater than 3mm. The bonding joint shall be hooked at the same time, the mortar joint shall be full, and the surface of EPS components shall be kept clean. For large GRC members, supports are required for temporary fixation during installation.

安裝時，若需拼接，應事先測量好拼裝尺寸和角度，并在平整地方進行預拼裝，縫隙不大于3mm。粘結砂漿作拼接粘結材料，砂漿稠度可銷大些，采用薄層滿粘法進行。拼接時要求稍微、均勻用力擠壓錘打，以使灰縫滿足要求。拼接完灰縫應用灰刀勾平，使grc構件成為一體。干燥后，若grc構件拼縫處留有多余粘結砂漿可用砂紙進行打磨。 
During installation, if splicing is required, the assembly size and angle shall be measured in advance, and pre assembly shall be carried out at a flat place with a gap of no more than 3mm. The bonding mortar is used as the splicing bonding material. The mortar consistency can be larger, and the thin-layer full bonding method is adopted. During splicing, it is required to squeeze and hammer slightly and evenly to make the mortar joint meet the requirements. After splicing, the mortar joint shall be leveled with a mortar knife to integrate the GRC components. After drying, if there is excess bonding mortar left at the joint of GRC components, it can be polished with sandpaper.
干燥后，grc構件拼接部位抗裂專用膠進行處理。處理方法見抗裂專用膠使用說明。施工完的grc構件就注意成品保護，嚴禁蹬踏、重物撞擊。如有損壞，應將整塊EPS構件剔除重裝。
After drying, the GRC component splicing part shall be treated with special anti crack adhesive. For the treatment method, see the instructions for the special anti crack adhesive. Pay attention to the protection of finished GRC components after construction, and it is strictly prohibited to step on or hit by heavy objects.
