Matters needing attention for GRC component maintenance:

1、養(yǎng)護(hù)關(guān)鍵是保持溫度和濕度，所以，必須有測(cè)溫系統(tǒng)。蒸汽養(yǎng)護(hù)可以有自動(dòng)溫控系統(tǒng)。需有定時(shí)的溫度與濕度記錄。

1. The key of maintenance is to keep the temperature and humidity. Therefore, there must be a temperature measurement system. Steam curing can have automatic temperature control system. Regular temperature and humidity records are required.

2、GRC構(gòu)件在養(yǎng)護(hù)期不能承受超負(fù)荷，（擺放方式、荷載的考慮）以必產(chǎn)生的損害和殘缺及潛在的傷害。大型構(gòu)件，如大板和長(zhǎng)構(gòu)件，兩點(diǎn)支撐就會(huì)塌腰，形成撓度。

2. GRC members can not bear overload during the curing period, so as to cause permanent damage, incomplete and potential damage. Large components, such as large plates and long members, will collapse at two points to form deflection.

3、常規(guī)養(yǎng)護(hù)要避免污染，特別是質(zhì)感面層的構(gòu)件要保護(hù)好。托架上的鐵銹、不干凈的水等都會(huì)造成污染。

3. Conventional maintenance should avoid pollution, especially the components of texture surface layer should be well protected. Rust and dirty water on the bracket will cause pollution.

4、養(yǎng)護(hù)工程中要注意磕碰。
