grc裝修構(gòu)件打孔,脹大螺栓裝置孔洞:深度依據(jù)GRC構(gòu)件分量確認(rèn)運(yùn)用脹大螺栓型號(hào),依據(jù)脹大螺栓型號(hào)挑選適宜鉆頭,孔洞避開鋼筋一次性成孔,孔洞的位置應(yīng)依據(jù)GRC構(gòu)件上預(yù)埋件位置確認(rèn)。脹大螺栓裝置,先將脹大管放進(jìn)孔洞,用錘子適度敲擊,裝置螺母。

脹大螺絲錨固法:將GRC板按裝置要求在產(chǎn)品上預(yù)留螺孔——退拔狀,螺孔距離水平向大于400mm,垂直方向不大于500mm,然后用脹大螺絲直接錨固在墻面上。

焊接法:在墻面上按GRC構(gòu)件裝置要求設(shè)置預(yù)埋鐵件,然后用電焊焊。直接或用連桿把預(yù)埋在GRC內(nèi)壁的鋼板焊接。為了確保裝置質(zhì)量,在GRC構(gòu)件裝置之前,要對(duì)墻基體表面的附著物進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的清理。預(yù)埋件要求在外墻表面以內(nèi)15 mm,防止銹水外溢。
